Three in five UK drivers 'not roadworthy'; and nearly 7 out of 10 in England and Wales don't know drink-drive limit

Three in five UK drivers are 'not roadworthy' according to a new survey by Halfords Autocentres.

 

The question most often answered incorrectly was 'what is the blood alcohol limit for drivers in England and Wales?' which 68% answered incorrectly.

 

 

The test was used to assess UK drivers roadworthiness and found 59% of respondents did not answer correctly. Only 11% answered all 10 questions correctly.
