• To receive a full refund, the product and accessories must be returned to us as new, clean and in the original packaging.
• Mouthpieces that have not been used should be returned with the breathalyser. We understand that to try the breathalyser, it is necessary to use several mouthpieces from the box, please do not send back used mouthpieces.
• If you have purchased an additional box of blow tubes / mouthpieces we will refund the cost, provided that it has not been opened.
